  • Provision of a Hong Kong Resident Corporate Secretary, as required by law.
  • Providing Secretarial Services for one year
  • Maintaining Minute Book and Statutory Records
Time to form the company We prepare the articles of association and complete the incorporation forms (NNC1). On the same day, we file the company with HKCR and prepare the post-incorporation documents (board resolutions, registers, and statements of significant control). The Certificate of Incorporation and the Business Registration Certificate is issued by the HKCR on the same day. Note that if the HK company shares are subscribed by a Corporate Shareholder (as opposed to an individual), the incorporation procedure must be carried on manually (as opposed to electronically), and the authorized signatory of the Corporate Shareholder will need to post the physical Incorporation Documents to our HK office address. The turnaround time for incorporating companies with corporate shareholders is generally 2 weeks.
